Shelly - Thank you for all you have done - so far- for organizing, entertaining, informing, sharing your surprise...It's been so helpful to me (and lots of others) I truly hope you have a MAGICAL vacation!!! Well Snowbirds, we have been through a lot. Deciding where to stay, booking our room only ressies, waiting for Disney to let us book a package, waiting for Disney to let us book our ADR's, then waiting for codes and deals! It's been a super exciting 6 months that's for sure!

Not much left for me to do here except watch the Bachelor and try to get some sleep.

I hope everyone has a great week and I hope I get to see lots of you this week!

I might be a little late for the meet but I will be there as soon as I can.... our flight lands at 7:07 pm... that gives me 1 hour and 20 minutes to get on Magical Express... get to the hotel,check in, get to our room, ditch the husband and boys, find CBR meeting place and the SNOWBIRDS!!!

Well, we had some excitement here tonight!! DD5 lost her first tooth!!! It had been loose since New Year's Day. It took about 20 minutes for her to do anything about it, but she grabbed it and pulled it out herself!! I was practically in tears! So was her sister. Too bad Dad had to miss it since he's at work! She was so funny - crying, laughing, after it was out, she went and hid by the side of my bed (her favorite spot) and was crying. She didn't know what to do!! DD7 was awesome, so encouraging and excited. Proud moment for Mommy! sniff, sniff
Just had to share with my buddies!

So now, look for a little girl with long dark hair and one missing tooth on the bottom!! (Although the other bottom one is loose too) The tooth fairy may have to travel with us! Gold dollar coins are on the packing list.

Aw, that is so sweet!! Between my two dds, we had 3 loose teeth at Disney. I packed the gold dollar coins too. Didn't need 'em though! Have a GREAT time!!!

Hi, I'm dklam's daughter. I'm posting as a Snowbird elect. DM has lost it - officially. She's been sitting at the kitchen table making LGMHs and Mousekeeping envelopes for the past two hours.

Haven't I raised such a "witty" child??

Well, the LGMH didn't come out exactly as planned, and the laminating wallet pouches didn't exactly work the way I had hoped, but everything is done and ready to go. I had to ditch the idea of laminating just the heads, and now they look more like a luggage tag, but they are OK. My color ink cartridge is out of ink, so I had to do the envelopes with stick-on letters and Disney stickers. DH was very "perplexed" when he saw everything!

He started asking about dinner reservations, and asked why he wasn't included in the planning. After I "calmly" reminded him that 3 months ago when we TRIED to include him in the planning - he didn't want to have anything to do with it. Oh well, hope he likes the places we picked out!

So, off to work now (2 more days!!) and then starting to plan our suitcase/packing strategy. Can't take them out until tomorrow after the kitty goes to Grampa's - she gets too stressed out when she sees them and knows we are going away. Honest - its true!!

So, for everyone leaving in the next day or two - hopefully we'll see you down there. Will be in DHS on Thursday afternoon, so will try for the SB meet before the parade.

You can both look for me and my family too! We'll be at MK on Monday (how crazy does that sounds?!) and we're staying for Spectro and Wishes. It's our only chance to see Spectro since we'll be at DHS on Thursday for Fantasmic. That's the only other night for Spectro next week. Bummer. But, we should all meet up and watch Spectro together. I'm sure my DD would love meeting some Jr. Snowbirds!!! We could make this another official Snowbird meet! Oh yeah!!!

That would be awesome!!!

Our dog was like this. It's hard to believe, but this is the 1st trip we've made in 13 years that we haven't had to arrange for our beloved dog sitter since we lost her in October. Our neighbors are coming over to check on our sweet kitty while we're gone - as long as she gets fed, I think she'll be okay. Although, I have found her laying in our suitcases and on our clothes that were laid out! So, if you see someone with white cat fur all over their clothes, that would be us, courtesy of Miss Kitty!!

Hi, peeps! I'm back! Been back for a few days...consumed with school registration and family visits!

We had an absolutely magical time! Seriously...it was awesome! Not a smidge restful, but wonderful! We didn't wait in any lines, had so many fun experiences, and got some great pictures!

I'm still on a Disney high! So, I gotta get caught up on you all and see who went and who still has to go! And today I get to upload my photopass pictures! YIPPEE!!!!!
