I thought I'd jump over and join in the January fun!!!

We're headed to WL for 9 day January 3rd - 11th!!!! I'm soooooo excited!! I'm already ready for this busy month to be over and jump on that plane south!!!

It's coming so fast isn't it? Now I wish I was going at the beginning of the month instead of the end. No wait - I really want to break up my winter. I'm good. LOL

QOTD: I have too many places I love - beaches (Hawaii) are great. Our cruise took us to Roatan Honduras and that was the best beach I've ever seen!! But I love Boston, Duluth, MN (in the summer), England... I also don't plan on doing WDW forever, but want to see Italy SO BAD!!! My DH is Italian and he wants to go too, so I know it will actually happen. We may do a Mediterranean cruise (probably not Disney $$) to see it in a few years.

Alright I guess I'm going to have to be the odd ball out here on the QOTD...since the beach is about 10 miles south of my house!! ( I live right next to the Gulf of Mexico) I'm going to have to say I would love to visit Italy or go back to Alaska (in the summer of course LOL)!!!

Italy is where my Nona was from and I would like to see her homeland and have some really good Italian food...the real stuff made by the Italians LOL!!

Italian is about all we cook at our house...I love to make gnocchi..its so much fun!!

We went to Roatan on our cruise as well. It was amazing. My sister and I did an snorkeling and kayaking excursion!

I have been crazy busy trying to get the house ready and all my shopping done before I go in for surgery tomorrow..... you all have racked up over 30 pages so I am not sure I will get thru them all.... can someone give me a quick update....lol.... thanks

Castaway Cay...I love that beach...actuall it's the only beach I have ever spent a whole day on. Which would make a DCL cruise one of my favorite vacations...but I guess that doesn't count since it's still Disney.

So my other choice is going to visit my family in Tennessee...they live in a small town not far from Nashville...it's a very relaxing vacation...very different than Disney.

QOTD: We love Jamaica, except for the scary bus ride to the resort. The resorts are gorgeous, the rest of the country . . . well . . . We still had a great time and would love to go back.
