I came up with tomorrow as our 100 day mark as well. That means a double double digit dance on Tuesday!!!

Yep, that's what I come up with too. ~ YAY ~ 100 DAYS from today and we will be in Disney World!!!!

I do have a question for all the WDW veterans out there. Is there tons of jewelry available there? I mean real, gold jewelry, not costume jewelry. I have to wear real gold or my skin turns weird colors. I'd really like a nice, classy Mickey or Tink pendant. Possible?

I think I saw a store with a section of real jewelry in DTD. I'm thinking it was at the World of Disney Store, maybe towards the back. . . Anyone know for sure?

Good Morning Snowbirds

Happy Columbus Day!!--Today was my Grannys bday!! She would have been 75--I love October---maybe that's why!!

Peach3s--is the Mediterranean just beautiful? I would love to see it!!


Well, my kids are going to have school today and catch up from when #2 was sick last week! YIKES!! We have lots to catch up on.

Bella and Trixie (I think it's Trixie) who have chihuauas. My kids have wanted one forever---after that movie they REALLY want one!!! We have smallish dog already--do they do well with other dogs in the house? I thought if we got it as a puppy, that would be good-annie is a mothery type dog and would probably like having it around. Are there any things you really have to be aware of with this breed....or what? For those of you who do have one, would you get another one? I thought if we got one anytime soon, it would keep them occupied until our trip they know not of!! But, I really didn't want to do it for Christmas-that's so close to trip time, I didn't know if that'ld be a good idea.So, what do you think?

Okay Disney QOTD: If you could have any job at Disney--what would it be? I think it would be soooo fun to either be a dancer( I danced in high school & loved it) for something like Beauty & the Beast...or be one of the streetmosphere people at the Studios. They always have a blast and interact great with the kids. Our favorites are Otto Von Bon Bon and Dorma Nesmond-and of course Frances!! He's hysterical!!!!!

For the jewelry I thought there were more than one.I know the Contemporary used to have some in there gift shop. Also, the store on Main street at MK is on the right, they usually have figurines in the window. I have seen some really cute jewelry-some cheap--some very $$$$. I always say I am gonna get something and never do. Jewelry is a big decision for me and I feel to much pressure to do it on vacation!! Maybe this time I'll look right off and then think about it all week!!!

Yes there are a couple of places... one on the road heading to Tower of Terror... they sell watches there.... but also some nice jewelry (at least they did before)... and I think over in DTD the big store that runs together... maybe something like World of Disney in the back behind the pins... not far from the womans clothing and kitchen stuff....I bought my DD 14k gold earnings in there... Tink...

Trixie doesn't have a chihuahua. DDs would love it if we did, but I'm not ready for a dog! We just have 2 kitties who are MUCH larger than chihuahuas. They are extra large kitties!

Hmm. . . That's a tough one. Of course every little girl wants to be a princess when she grows up. But more realistically it would be fun to work at RNRC and listen to Aerosmith all day!!

DS7 says he would want to work at Goofy's Candy Store. And DS9 would want to be the Jedi Master at the Jedi Training Academy.

My kids all want to work there too-DD wants be a princess, but the boys haven't really said--just get a job there. I think Dh would like to drive buses-he's so chatty and sweet. But he said no--he'ld have to think about what a dream disney job would be!!!
