You are so much more pretty then the majority of the cindys I have seen. Can I post the most not so cindy one I have ever seen with out getting in trouble?

ohhh please do! I know it's a little mean, but we always rate the characters we see! I've def seen a few Belles who were way past their prime!

I guess as long as they make us smile and play the part, they do a good job though!

If you're a history buff you should see the American Adventure too! It amazes me how many people skip by it or fall asleep through it!

It's very watered down history, but for a theme park attraction I think it's really well done, and touching. It always makes me cry!

Besides, it's a nice place to let the kiddos take a 20min nap, while you can enjoy yourself! (or take a nap yourself, if you must!)

FYI - I live about 10 minutes away from Valley Forge (hopefully you all know about it from American History :)

Anyway, about 10 years ago, maybe more, Disney bid to take over the park and create an American Theme Park on the actual site of some of the great moments in our American Independence. It would have been fantastic, based on what they've done with Animatronics. I love to visit Washington's HQ, but having Washington there, and going through his trials and tributions would have made it so come to life. There are still cabins/huts where the soldiers lived - imagine those with real soldiers that show what it was like!

What a shame. Being a Disney lover and a history lover, I thought it would have been awesome to combine the two.

OH MAN!!!!! That would have been soooooooo cool! What a shame!
They also bid on some land here in NY, and as cool as that would have been, even then I didn't think it would work.

The Princess I am always disapointed is in Aurora. I have never seen one that just blew me away with her beauty. When I was little I couldn't wait to see Aurora because she was my favorite and I was disapointed because I didn't think she was very pretty. (Yikes! I feel so bad saying that.)

Since that was ugly, I will now say something postive about a Princess.:goodvibes

When I worked at MGM there was a girl in entertainment that played Jasmine. She was seriously one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen and on top of that, she was super nice in person. I wish I would have taken a picture with her. I have never seen a Jasmine nearly as pretty as her since and Jasmine is one of my favorites.

I also think my little sister Evie would be a perfect fit for Snow White. She has great facial features, is literally as white as snow and is the right height for the part. Unfortunately, she is covered in tatoos!

Now, now, Jen...don't be afraid to accept credit when credit is due! :cheer2: btw, the edited version of that first sentence would be...."my now twin from whom i was dasterdly separated at birth" :lmao:  Are you done chapter 3 yet? Enquiring minds NEED TO KNOW! ;)

Fine Fine...My now twin from whom I was dasterdly seperated at birth!!! See this is why I need trixie to proofread LOL!! And yes Chapter 3 is done and in the hands of my most capable editor whom I'm sure has a paying job LOL!!!

That's so exciting! Good luck and keep us posted on this.

P.S. I went to a face character audition once and they told me that my eyes were too small. :sad1: So the waist, I may have.......but Princess eyes, not so much.....

I personally think you would make a beautiful Cinderella. I truly believe the most beautiful princesses are the ones with the most inner beauty to match the outer beauty princess: and you would be shoe in!!!

You know, Aurora is my fav princess and I've never liked the ones I've seen. I really think it's the costume though. There have been some vey pretty girls playing her, but something about that dress is just not attractive. I think it's too angular. The crown never looks like it sits right either.

I think my favorite performers were the two playing Peter & Wendy. They both looked so great, like the cartoon come to life! They were really into the part too. When they asked why I was the only one taking the picture I pointed to my brother & cousins and said they thought they were too grown up. BOY did they let them have it! I've never seen so much "pixie dust" thrown at anyone. They just tossed handfuls of it and chased them around the whole line!
It was priceless.

Jenjolt- You are so sweet!!!! Thank you. It is most meaningful to me to be complimented on inner beauty.:goodvibes

This is Evie (in the glasses.) My little Snow White. I'm missing her like crazy!:sad1:

How cute are the two of you!
You're right she could be a dead ringer for Snow!
I think you could play a great Disney Princess too! Small eyes, HA!

okay so I tried this mulit post thing and just can't get it:confused3 so lets see if I rememebr

we now have 3 snowbirds from Western NY.... Clarence, Tonawanda.. and I am from Lockport (just taking up residence in Syracuse for now)....

BelleSoleil..... hope you got to bed early... I remember those days when you were so dog gone tired and the kids didn't want to go to bed....

Trixie.... Happy Monday to you too!:flower3:

jenjolt.....can't wait for that pre-trip report.....

Don't forget me down in Fredonia!

Also it was my birthday! And thanks everyone for the birthday wishes :goodvibes Would have been much more fun without all the studying and the 2 hour drive back to school!

And I'm sure we will be seeing all of the historically relevant attractions as my boyfriend is a history major. Not too exciting for me but whatever it takes for him to love Disney, too!

Forgot to wish you a happy birthday! :bday: Yea for Fredonia (and WNY)! I have a few friends that are from Fredonia, but I'm up in Tonawanda. I hope that your studying is all done and over with so you can enjoy your day!

Oh boy. Time to start my Monday evening madness! It's off to Irish dance class for my DD while I run errands. Then, home for dinner and then off to my tap class! AH! I'll catch up with everyone later tonight.

Thanks! Studying is never over I swear, I have a lab practical on Thursday. :sad2: Now I'm off to tutor some chemistry, here's to hoping no one comes in for tutoring so I have more study time :rolleyes1

Not much going on here this Monday evening. I'm just thinking about starting supper and that's about it for the night! I'm glad though, the rest of the week is pretty hectic. I will be at the school again all morning on Wednesday for the book fair, Wednesday night is soccer, Thursday night is soccer, Friday I will take birthday treats into DS's class for his birthday, Friday night we will have a little birthday party, Saturday will be Chuck E Cheese, and Sunday is soccer again! :faint: I'm tired already! :rotfl:

Have a nice evening Snowbirds! :goodvibes

Wow, Mama Snowbird is one busy chickie!

DH is working late tonight, so I have to make dinner, take DD6 to her first gymnastics class, and get DDs ready for bed. Not too bad!

Have fun at tap!

Ok question, has anyone tried Yak & Yeti? I have a dinning credit and was thinking about going there for lunch. Any good/bad reviews from the snowbirds?

Dancer- Have fun at class! I'm so jealous! I wish I had time for a class or two.

Trixie- Haha! I will tell her. She's obsessed with eyebrows. She's in NO going to school to be an estetician and do eyebrows for a living!
