:rotfl2:

I always type too fast! My bible study this morning was about patience and haste. Shows how much I learned.

Good morning everyone! Just logged in at work.
I decided to change my trip for the 24th-31st so I wouldn't worry about MLK weekend. I called Disney and was able to still get the AAA rate which was pretty cool. The CM on the line tried really hard to sell me the DDP. I'm still thinking about it but there is now 3 signature restaurants on our list and I just don't think it will be worth it. Plus my mother and I tend to share meals.
I also made a change to my ADR's. I reviewed the HDDR menu again and realized that I couldn't eat much of the food on the menu. I just can't see myself paying $50+ for bread and salad! So, I went ahead and decided on California Grill instead. My mom and I wanted to try the sushi.
As for the QOTD: I would say that I'm looking forward to Jiko. Of course this is by pictures of food and etc as this will be our first time. ;)

To answer my own question

I'm looking forward to eating at 1900 Park Fare...I've never did a Princess meal before. Also this is the one restaurant on our list I can order the Cinderella Slipper dessert in white chocolate. I had it on the cruise a few years ago...it was so good, I order second to take back the room for later.

Peaches: Sorry to hear Danny...how sad for his family.

We had the yucky rain here yesterday...it's a nice fall day here. Hopefully it stays nice, as we are going to the Cider Mill on Saturday.

Has anyone been to Cap'n Jacks, my mom wanted to try it because of the lobster tails, but I heard they are no longer on the menu. Is it worth going to?

Well I'm off to go birthday present shopping...tomorrow is my little sister's 14th b-day.

 Uh-Oh I'm being wishy washy again!! I can't decide Teppan Edo or Le Cellier (that menu looked so good and that cheddar cheese soup YUM) I don't know LOL!! Oh the agony...what would you guys choose?

My goodness, y'all have been chatty since last night! ;) Let's see if I can get all caught up!

Alright everyone, I'm off to bed.

I've been feeling under the weather all day, but the past few hours it has really kicked in. Sore throat, cough, body aches/chills. I also think I'm running a fever at the moment. Great...:sad2: I had off Monday-Wednesday and tomorrow I have to work 11-7. I hate working when I feel like crap.

So have a good night everyone.

Hope you are feeling better today! :goodvibes

I would like to mention something. I hope it's okay. I'm part of a scrapbooking board, and yesterday there was a message to pray for one of our regular members whose son woke up with a headache and was crying in pain. He was unable to walk or see well. Danny was 5. They rushed him to the hospital and they found a 4cm tumor on his brain stem. They operated immediately, but Danny slipped into a coma and he was brain dead by last night. They kept him breathing so his grandmother could come and say goodbye.:sad1:

If you are so inclined, pray for this poor family.

Oh my goodness, how horrible! That is just so sad! I will definitely be praying for that poor family!

It is a dark rainy yucky day here so far. I knew our sunny 80 degree October weather was too good to be true.

Well, it's not 80 here but we do have a nice sunny, but windy, Day! :) I just checked the thermometer and it is only 9 degrees celcius, 47 Farenheit! I am so looking forward to warm weather in January! :cool1:

Okay, I know I said I had to get to work, but I can't help myself! You guys are SO nice!! I'm so glad I decided to join in! I feel like I just made about 50 new friends!

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! :flower3:
I think I better log all the way off and go do some real work!!

:) Sheree

WELCOME! Thanks for joining us! I too was a long time lurker, afraid to join in! Warning: once you start, it is impossible to stop! :lmao: Have a great day! :goodvibes

QOTD:
At the moment, (insert my thick southern accent) I'm looking forward to eating a friend chicken leg at the HoopDeeDoo. Yeehaw!

Oh, Soleil! :rotfl2: I seriously hope you are not that hungry! :lmao:

Oh forgot, I'm at the 90 day mark.

:cool1:  :dance3: :woohoo: :yay: :cheer2:

Yay for You! :thumbsup2 :dance3:

OKAY! All caught up! Now for the QOTD - I think the restaurant that I am most looking forward to eating at is....Chef Mickey's! I will get to see my Main Mouse and eat at the dessert buffet! :woohoo:

All this menu and restaurant talk has me rethinking some of my ADR's- sorry Shelly. :scared: I really want to see Fantasmic since we didn't the last time we went and I'm worried that it's only being shown 2 times while we are there. Sooooo... I was considering the Hollywood and Vine package. I think it will be worth it. It has to be better than standing in line with a toddler and preschooler.

You better get calling right away if you hope to get a Fantasmic package. There are only so many of them and they will probably sell out fast. Good luck and let us know what you decide! :goodvibes

Hi everyone! Okay, I'll admit, I've been a lurker for far too long! :guilty: I have finally succumbed to my obsession and joined in. I have read your entire thread and you all seem so fun! I feel like I know you all already. I warned my family that I will be on the laptop more than ever now!:surfweb: I love those smilies! I'm usually not very technologically skilled, so that's something I have figured out! There's so much to learn...

About us:
Me - Mom - Sheree -40 (gulp!)
DH - Dave -45
DD7 -Sarah
DD5 - Paige

We live in Minnesota so going to WDW in the middle of winter is the best! Have to escape the below 0 temps! We really are snowbirds! Although around here, we call people snowbirds when they go south for the WHOLE winter!
The whole family has been to WDW 3 times, DH many times and me, 5 times. Never got to go until I was 29! So deprived as a child. I guess I'm making up for it with my kids! We'll be at SOG from 1/28- 2/1 and then a 4 day cruise on the Wonder. My MIL and SIL will be joining us. MIL has the military benefits so it's great when she comes and we can stay at SOG.
We have ADRs at LeCellier on 1/31 and Mama Melrose's (Fantasmic package) on 1/29.
Good to meet you all!

Sheree
Hey, my group's going on the Feb. 1st Wonder cruise too!!!!

We'll be in Stateroom #7562. What Stateroom are you in?

QOTD: I actually have two, and I can't decide between them - Jiko's and Victoria & Albert. Yes, it's a splurge, but it's a mother-daughter trip and we haven't had a real vacation in a long time. She wanted it, so we're doing it! And I'm very excited!

The dessert buffet at Chef Mickey's is amazing!! :goodvibes Hey, I think I already have an idea for the menu of the day for tomorrow! :rotfl:
