I'm going to try and figure out the digital scrapbooking software my sister gave me for my birthday! So excited!!!!

Hey, what is your software? I just got Photoshop Elements 6.0 and am going to try some online classes to see if I can figure this all out! I love the idea of digital scrapbooking, especially since I can't buy supplies here for traditional scrapbooking. I'll never completely stop using paper, but digital takes up way less space!

How are my peeps doing? Loved the wedding pictures, Dancergrl64! Gorgeous dd! Gorgeous bride! And you are beautiful too! What a family full of beautiful women!

Shelly, sorry you had to go through that awful experience! I remember before we came here we had to have complete physicals. That included bloodwork. My mom is a phlebotamist (how do you spell that????) at a doctor's office, but she refused to stick her own grandchildren. My oldest, who was 5 at the time, did fine. My youngest, who was 18 months, ddi fine. But Maggie? She screamed, recoiled, and cried. It broke my heart! She was just 3.

So, what's the countdown for you all now? I'm down to 86 days!!!! And only 62 more days until I get to come home! I can't wait!!!!

Good Morning all my sweet Snowbird Friends!!!

congrats to all of you at or on the 100/99 day mark!!!! I think mine is Friday!! I am sooo tagging along behind ya'll and not even counting!!!!!

I made a wonderful homemade chicken noodle soup last night for my little man that's been under the weather--I think it actually perked him up a bit!!! But, it took a while to make it (as yesterday was my grocery shopping day too), so now I am thinking .....what to cook tonight!! I usually plan at least 3 or 4 days out when I shop, but I just didn't do it!!! So, I won't get to be on as much today---we are still trying to catch up on our work!!! Our weather is weird today and I have a kinda sinus/weather headache coming on. Maybe I should just take them out for lunch and walk around the mall or something and just rest--I feel like I usually do when a sinus thing is coming on. That won't be good. Well,maybe I should just eat more soup for lunch!!

My dream Disney job would be an animator, or something else behind the scenes... I'm not a people person, so anything where I would have to deal with vacationer's problems would be wrong for me.
Of course dancing in one of the shows would work too, and would be tons of fun!

Hope everyone has been doing great!

I've had so much housework and school work to keep up with that my dis time has been sadly lacking...
Why in the world did I deceid to redo my basement in the middle of my last college semester????

My goodness I can't believe people are Christmas shopping already!!!!! I'm a firm believer in only shopping during the official Christmas season, it's all a part of the fun for me! I really can't believe how close Christmas is though! Although since I'm rehearsing a Christmas show and have been singing christmas songs for the past two weeks it seems much closer that it probally is, but still!!!!
Is anyone else wondering where the heck 2008 went??????

Shelly, sorry to hear about your little guy, I hope he's doing much better & that everything's fine!

OMG I feel your pain!!!! I work with undergrad grants and our deadline was last week, which means I've been fielding crying students since then!!!

It's the Polaroid My Memories Software. I finally got it all loaded on the computer last night and I'll try playing with it to figure it all out tonight. I tried a trial download of the Photoshop and it scared me it was so complicated! I think for now I'm going to do a little hybrid scrapping- some digital and some paper.I still like the idea of being hands on but you can't beat digital for speed and saving space! I haven't been to a crop in a long while. Sometimes it's too much work lugging all it there only to find you still forgot that one thing you need- you know something vital like adhesive or the pictures. I don't think my desk would fit in the car.

Okay I guess I better get something done around here!

Yes I too find myself stuck to this chair when in fact I should be doing My bed is covered in clean laundry waiting to be folded! I have only 35 mins to fold as much as possible before I have to pick up DD7 from school and then drop both girls off at my parents house before I go to my Eye doctors appt at 4pm! Yikes better get going! Rats, I hate getting drops in my eyes - it sucks! Not sure how long the effects of the drops will last so not ure if I will be on here much later or not! Plus DD7 has Girl Guides tonite and we are also going to start cleaning out our basement! Toodles!

I went to the disney outlet in Orlando and got some great deals. I highly recommend it. It is called The Orlando Premium Outlets...there is also a coach outlet too. I have to admit, I bought a coach bag as my disney souveneir. Gotta love outlets!! Soleil..you must check it out when you are there. It is only a 5 minute ride from DTD.

Everyone sounds like so much fun! New to this although I am technically not a snowbird coming from the southwest. As of now, my mom and I are going to be at the AKL Jan 17th-24th. We are first timers to the WDW so any suggestions would be great!
