I can help you, and I can let you in on the best kept dining secret in Lancaster.
Where will you be coming from? That will help me give you directions. Have you been to Lancaster before? I go a lot, so I'll be happy to help you with planning, touring plans, TS and CS places, and the best places for home made food and baked goods.
The Rockvale Outlets are on Route 30, near the intersection of 30 and 896 - not sure if that's considered Ronks or Paradise. It's across the street from the American Music Theater (which has a really cute christmas show). Here's their website:
http://www.rockvalesquareoutlets.com/stores.asp. It lists the Disney Outlet as "now open."
Now, for my dining secret. The restaurant is called Dienner's and it's also on Route 30, a little east of the outlets, in Ronks, PA. It's a family run Mennonite restaurant, and Mrs. Dienner actually works the front door. All of the food is homemade and they have the greatest roast chicken and beef in gravy, and the tastiest corn and mashed potatoes EVER.

Delicious homemade desserts from my favorite bakery, the Bird-In-Hand Bake Shop. Here's their website:
http://dienners.com/ Absolutely the best bargain in Lancaster. They are next door to the big windmill. They do absolutely NO advertising, and they're not in any guidebooks. For $5 you can't beat the breakfast. I just saw that they have Trip Advisor reviews on their website now.
Anyway, let me know if I can help any more.
