I emailed TA last night with the code (was out at 11:38 when i checked) and she hasn't emailed back yet.... getting a little worried and VERY anxious.... Also didn't have time to call as I had to work a 12 hour shift.... SOOOOO...... all who were successful please send some pixie dust my way!!! Does anyone happen to know (tried to use code or just know) if there are rooms left at POR that can be used with the code?? Thanks if anyone knows!!

This is why I never let anyone else have control of my reservation! I prefer to keep tabs on it myself so I can apply discounts as soon as they come out and not miss anything.
You should go check online at the special link and see if what you want is available. Book it, put your $200 deposit on it, and then either cancel your TA ressie asap and have this transferred to her, or just keep the ressie yourself and have control over it.

I clicked on the link for the discount but it won't let me change to the DxDDP which is what we have now.... What do I do.... Where do I go..... HOW DO I BOOK?????????????????????

I tried that.... It won't let me modify ANYTHING.... AND it keeps flipping me to Coronado Springs even though I'm choosing POR.... would that mean there's nothing avail during that time??? Should I just call at 7am tomorrow??

I'm disappointed. I got to TA and no rooms available at value. I was going to upgrade to mod and saratoga only avail. and is $1000 more. TA states they may open more rooms later to this code of ZVY. We do already have ress.at POP

i called today using the code, we also have ressies at POP january 18-26th...the CM was trying to tell it "wasnt available" i was INSISTANT asked to speak to a supervisor and then magically after being on hold for over 10 minutes they were able to give me the discount. ZVY is the code we used. so my advice is be VERY STERN...tell the CM how many times you have been there, tell them how often you stay on property & if all else fails threaten to cancel. GOOD LUCK we saved $312 !!!!

Is there anyway I can go through the regular online booking process and then add a code or do i have to click on the special offer link?? Because it's not working.... keeps kicking my dates out, won't let me choose ANY resort, add dining, ect.... HELP what's going on here??

Ok, no rooms availible with the code at POR or POFQ during our stay. I can transfer over to CBR and save $400 or I can upgrade and transfer over to AKL and save $60.... What would you guys do???

You know what is odd - if I put in Jan 5-15 I can get POR, but not Jan 6-12. Odd odd odd!

VERY odd.... Nothing for us either 6-13th... BUT, We can upgrade to AKL and still save $60 off of our original package price.... Seems very odd to me, but heck i'll take it!! I'm getting up at 6:30 to call Disney to book in the morning

**fingers crossed everything will work** If so, DF will be THRILLED. He wanted to stay at AKL soooo bad but we just couldn't afford it. The only thing avail. is standard view, but who cares???? I don't think I will...

Thanks so much for all of your help!!! This is our first trip so i was a little confused at how to handle all of this!! I did have one other question. After I book AKL in the morning, I just need to call my TA and cancel that ressie?? Will there be any charge from Disney for canceling??

Could you get your TA to get the code applied for you, that way you wouldn't have to cancel? I think as long as you cancel before the 45 day mark, you get a total refund.

I decided to stick with what I have, and not get a package. I am going with dd and you never know what might could happen at the last minute. With a room only ressie, we can cancel up to 5 days before checking in. I think that flexibility has made me decide to stay put.

TA hasn't been very good at all.... Takes FOREVER to get back to me regarding anything and it's been 2 days since I last talked to her about the code and still no phone call or email reply... I think it's best for me to do it myself and next time I know to book directly myself in order to take advantage of special offers ASAP. Will post after talking to CRO in the morning -- ONLY 5 hours from now **here's hoping for lots of pixie dust** Off to get a few Zzzzz's before tomorrow. Will keep the board posted!!!

I had the most amazing CM both times I called. The first one priced out all the codes for me (I had to let her go so I could break down the costs on paper) and when I called back to apply the code to our ressie the second CM was just as amazing. I was really happy with them, very helpful. Anyway these are our details...

Jan 3/08 - 13/08 -- 2 Rooms at AKL - 4 adults/3 kids (ages 10,6,2)

All the ticket prices are for a 10 day park hopper w/ water park and more options.

Rack Rate - Hotel = $5,062.60 Tickets = $1,816 Grand total = $6,818.60

AAA or BCAA Rate - Hotel = $4,145 Tickets = $1,816 Grand total = $5,961.00

AP Rates - Hotel = $3,937.00 Tickets = $2,138.00 Grand total = $6,075.00

MYW Code ZWD - Hotel = $4,322.21 Tickets = $1,312.00 Grand total = $5,634.21

As you can see the ZWD code gave us the best deal overall so we went with that. It's so nice to have it all sorted out now. The only thing I am bummed about is the P&PP I was really hoping that the 7pm closing on the 9th of Jan was an indicator they would have one then. No such luck, ah well got my code and I am thrilled
