What if I get there the day BEFORE? I arrive on the 20th, and leave on the 26th. Can they apply part of the reservation? I'm a Disney Visa cardholder and I want a discount! *whines*

With new pricing structures for 2008 I'm not sure if you could apply it to your whole reservation but maybe at least the one day?
If you have a Disney Visa already I would call NOW and find out because when those codes go public tomorrow you may not be able to get anything for your hotel.

Okay, a little help if you guys can. I just did my daily stopover at mousesavers.com and saw on the homepage that the AP rates for Jan 1 - Feb 13 have been released but when I click on the link it says check in dates are 9/30/07-12/23/07. What am I missing?

HELP! I'm going to be at Disney 1/10/08-1/14/08 for the marathon weekend and I'm desperate to cut the costs.

The info is here on the disboards homepage (wdwinfo.com), plus you can read about it on the passholder webpage. (The rates online are not correct as it is excluding the weekends, but they are also discounted.)

Does the AP rate that just came out for room only apply to Deluxe also? It does not say that it does...would they have left that out? I need it for late Jan.

That's the AP rate that just came out in the Disney Insider email newsletter for Sun thru Thurs, 1/1-1/17 and 1/21-2/13 08, using code FHD. $59 for Sun-Thurs dates 11/25-29/07 and 12/9-12/19 07, code FEX. Cool! This may have already been posted - if so, sorry.
Anybody know how much they jump up for the weekend?

I just called CR. There were no AP discounts for Fort WIlderness cabins.

I would call again because I was able to get $50 off a day at the Fort Wilderness cabins.Make sure you use the posted code FHD.

I have a AAA discount for Port Orleans, Riverside for 1/31/08 to 2/14/08. I called today to see if the AP discount that came out would apply. I was told, no it wouldn't.
I have bought AP passes for several yrs. I do not think there is any reason to buy them any longer. I think I can do just as well with MYW, or just plain AAA.
Disney used to give really good AP room discounts, but in the last few yrs., they are getting less and less.

The value resorts are charing $20 more a night for the weekends. The moderates are the same whether it's the weekday or weekend. I needed one night and only preferred was available, so it was $81 before taxes for a Saturday night. The moderates were only $99 for the same night, so obviously I took the mod over the value.

I was offered PO/R for $99 a night for the nights of 1/26 and 2/5. I think you need to call again.

possibly dumb question but is this for AP holders only?
we have a ASMo ressie from jan 6-17 for 3 adults 1 child with a preffered room and MYW for 6 days + dinning it comes to about $$3,305 so i am looking to save ANYWHERE can i use this?

can anyone suggest what else i can do to save something somewhere . we don't have AAA or disney visa ..... so am i stuck?

But, I was just told that the dining plan no longer includes tips for 2008, so beware of that!

I just called and go AP rates for jan 4-11 at the POP and saved $215! Thanks DISers.

I just applied AP to my Pop reservation for 1/6 to 1/11. I already had a AAA discount on the room and this AP saved me an additional $93.

Wow, I just looked again, and I think the mouse scammed me. The price they quoted me is NOT discounted. They booked my daughter as a 9 yr old, not 10, even though she will be 10 at the time of visit. I don't know if that is a mistake, or standard practice. I need to check again tomororw and see if a real discount will apply.
