Might as well get this started!

I'll be sailing with MH, DD (then 14), DS (then 6) and DD (then 3). Can't wait! We've been off the Dream for just a week now and I cannot wait to see the new changes they're putting in place on the Fantasy. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

I have added your thread to the cruise meet list :thumbsup2

Have a great cruise!

:cool1: My husband and I will be joining you. Looking forward to the new ship! Have done both the Wonder and the Magic, but not a new one yet.

Our last two cruises have each been two weeks - Panama and WBTA, so we were waiting for a longer cruise on the Fantasy. A week will have to do, I guess :)

Welcome!
We've cruised the Magic and Wonder twice, though not for one of those nice long cruises like you've been on!

Well, it's easier to go longer without little ones. We don't have kids, but we both act like them when we're on a Disney vacation! We will probably hit WDW on the way back home...

Hopefully, some more folks will join up on our cruise!

Shannon

Wow! Still no one else for this cruise? Just a little over one year to go...and today I found out that "Monsters, Inc" will be re-released into theaters on January 18, which means it'll be showing while we're on board!! Yes, I am VERY excited about this!!

We will be on this sailing. Can not wait have 2 cabins booked. One for my mom and ds the other cabin for myself dh and dd. Hope we do a fs. Started to think of ideas for fun.:grouphug:

Welcome, Denise!

How old will your kids be at the time of sailing? Mine will be 14, 6, and 3.

It took me a second to think about it because its a year away. My DS will have just turned 12 and my DD will be just shy of her 6th birthday. We figured this would be a good time rifgt in the middle of both birthdays/:thumbsup2

Hello!

My family of 4 (DH, DS 12 and DD 9) just booked while on the Magic for the Jan 19th Fantasy!!!!

Excited to see the new ship.

I'm coming too! Soo excited, my first Disney cruise and it's my honeymoon. :cutie:

Just joined the DIS boards, saw people mentioning them over on cruisecritic.

Welcome Kuiska2009! I am over on the cruise critic board as well, I have the same screen names on both boards.

Yeah, I thought I recognized the username. :) I am an overplanner so I tend to join multiple boards/websites for my fact finding missions, nice to see I'm not alone... ;)

I've just booked this cruise this week! I just got off the 4 night Dream cruise and had an amazing time. 4 days is just too short. I'm doing a 5-night Double Dip cruise on the Dream with 2 stops at CC in May this year which should be great, but I really like the 7+ night cruises best, there are just so many added things. I did the 7 night Eastern (St. Maarten/St. Thomas) in 2010 and liked it, I've been reluctant to book a Western because while I like Key West, I don't feel like its a "cruise" port of call. When I saw this itinerary with Grand Cayman, which I've always wanted to do, and Costa Maya, which looks pretty nice, I was sold.

So far its just me, 26 at time of cruise, sailing alone, but hoping to find a family member or friend to join me by the time we cruise. If not, I know I'll still have a great time- I was solo on my Dream cruise this week and still very much enjoyed everything onboard. Can't wait to meet you all and have a great cruise in 11 months!

We are booked on this cruise. There will be four of us; my mother, myself, my husband, and our 18 year old daughter.

Nice to see more people signing on :-) I'm getting very excited reading the DIS boards. I've never done a Disney cruise and it's cool seeing all the extra things they do.

I'm most looking forward to the characters and the mickey ice cream bars. :-D

Hi everyone! We are very excited to be joining you! There will be six of us; my husband, myself, our twin daughters who will be 4 at time of sailing, and a set of grandparents. My parents, the grandparents joining us, are avid cruisers. (This will be their first Disney cruise). We are sailing to Alaska in July, so this will our families second time with Disney.

I know the cruise is quite far away, but with the Fantasy officially in business, it seems much closer now! Please tell me I'm not the only one who has checked out the menus!
