Emily, I'm sure once onboard you can check into changing to early. hope you get what works best. I know my kids would never make it to a late seating. They would be sleeping,lol. or starving. Haha. Ok so anyone else with gty room been stalking their ressie? I know it probably won't be there till at least 3-455 days out but I am just praying for pixie dust!!!!! I am ok with ins would be extra nice to get a verandah!!!! Well my dd is coming out of dance so better get off the dis and drive home. DISing and driving is not good. Haha

Welcome Jeanne to our fast growing group!!! We do have kids in your kids age ranges. Mine are DD's 11 and turning 8 the sat after we get off the boat. If you go on the web page I have made you can get an idea of the kids aboard.

I have updated the webpage. There is the role call list and under that is the FE list. I think there are 10 rooms that have said they are participating. Please check that I have all your info correct..Thank you!

Wow! Our small little group is growing very quickly, I'm so excited!

Jeanne - we are also flying in 3 days early but we have no idea of where to sstay near the DL resort. Any input? I agree with you totally on not chancing the weather, we are flying in from NJ and after the winter we had last year...I could not risk missing this one.

Michelle - count me in for the FE. I think it will be fun. I just have to look into making one because I can't see spending $40 to buy one. We are assigned to Rm 7512 but as I'm reading more and more trip reports, I'm going to try for an upgrade at the port. I'd love a verandah, but couldn't see paying the extra $$ for it at the time of booking.

Do we have any other "adults only" crews on board this time?

Hello to everyone new!!!! Our group is getting so big. We are going to have a fantastic time.


I just got some great news. My DD 20 is coming. I have not seen her for almost three years as we had some tough years and she now lives out of state. This is going to be so great. I feel like a kid who just got her first car. I have been jumping around and saying how so happy I am. I have missed Christmas, birthdays and every other celebration with her the last few years. So I am planning a few belated celebrations. Our youngest, DD 2.5,last saw her big sister when she was only a few months old. ( I need more smilies!)

I also believe my mother is coming and even DH. Though, DH will not know if he has the time off until mid-Dec.

WOOOHOOOOOO So this trip that was to be low key and small with just me and the three young kids is evolving. So much for being on a budget and this being relatively inexpensive; I better get to working more.

I added you to our FE list as well. We will have a meet at the promenade lounge at 3pm on sunday so anyone who upgraded at that point can change their room number and I will have a master list on my door so people can check it.

Winter in Minnesota was awful last year too
If planning to go into Disneyland and not renting a car you will want something within walking distance or with shuttle. Google Disneyland hotel map you can pull up a map that will shows tons of properties. Before booking I always look at tripadvisor for reviews. Candycane Inn and HoJo both popular but we have stayed at some others that were great too. Usually not hard to find a good price. Tons of restaurants and stuff within walking distance of hotels and Disneyland if you want to eat somewhere outside the parks.

If we get a yucky room assignment we will also try and switch/upgrade at port.

Hello to everyone new!!!! Our group is getting so big. We are going to have a fantastic time.


I just got some great news. My DD 20 is coming. I have not seen her for almost three years as we had some tough years and she now lives out of state. This is going to be so great. I spent all day yesterday purusing some of the FE threads here and I came up with more ideas than I can ever possibly make (or afford to make). I have bought all the supplies to make my no-sew FE and I have ordered some stuff to make my FE gifts. But gotta tell you, I looked at our ever growing list and realized "holy cow!!! we've got a lot of people!!!" I'm so excited to get to know everyone and meet everyone once we are on board!

Our thread has grown in the last few weeks but RIGHT NOW at this moment we have under 20 staterooms in the FE so compared to my last cruise of 45+ staterooms, I am ok ...LOL

And about the FE rooms, I think you are right about there being less than 20, but I think I counted somewhere around 74 people???! EDITED: oops, there goes my dyslexia again...47 people, phew, i feel better now!

grlzmom - I'm sure your winter in Minnesota would beat the pants of any NJ winter hands down! I'm sure you would laugh at the panic that ensues with a few inches of snow here.

No I booked a delux inside...10C and I got a 10C on deck 2. I don't mind but was hoping for pixie dust and getting an Oceanview.

Back from the Dream.. it was great.. loved the aquaduck, detective stuff, moving pictures.. and all the restuarant espically Enchanted Garden ..

Really looking forward to being back on the Wonder.. Dream is just too big for my taste..
