THere are some members who maybe interested that are in the FB group. I think some of them felt left out that they didn't get included in the post card exchange.

I posted the info on facebook so everyone who is interested is aware. Hopefully they saw it.:)

EVERYONE going on the member cruise is welcome to join in the Halloween card exchange! I am not a regular on Facebook!

This is my take on the whole facebook and disboards thing. This is just my opinion so no debates please.

Just check both. :surfweb: You don't have to leave comments on either one. :thumbsup2

I already have my idea for a fun Halloween card!

You sent a great postcard, can't wait to see this.

I get updates from the Facebook site in my e-mail, & I read them.:thumbsup2

Hoping to get more Halloween card sign ups! I posted on the DVC board too.

This will be my and dh first member cruise. My df will be going with us. His wife, mom, died five years ago. They had gone on previous ss cruises but he has not been since she past. He wanted to do one more before he turned 75. I am worried that he will get down on the trip. Wdw was always her special place. We have gotten him to go to hhi, vb, and akl since she past. I just need some pixie dust for this trip please.

Anyone getting a cabana? I would but worried it might be too cold

I haven't asked DSis or DCuz, but you're right about the weather being a bit iffy. One thing I do on our DCL cruises is catch up on movies. I saw two on our 5 night cruise in August. I think I would rather watch a movie than be chilled in a cabana. I've been to Nassau in November, and did swim, but January could be a whole different story.

How about you? Do you have any experience with the Bahamas in January?

I'm inclined to book a snorkeling tour from a boat on CC. It's less money and if the weather is nice enough to snorkel, it will be in/out.

We have sailed over new years and once in Jan and the weather could go either way but the ocean was too cold for me.

I went swimming with Manatees in Florida one January and they had wet suits to use. I wonder if DCL has them.

Do we need passports for the cruise? Df does not want to get one...too espensive
