Have a Happy New Year! 



I am ready! I just had my first meal of Egg Beaters and Oatmeal, with 20oz of water. I am getting ready to go to the gym in about an hour. I am going to stick to my regular workout routine. If I don't see results in the first 2 weeks, I will switch to the BFL plan.

I may have to check into Body for Life. It sounds like a good program.



I have also not been having cravings for sweets and I have packed the kids' lunches for 2 days in a row without wanting to eat a couple pretzels or Cheetos or whatever I am packing them. YIPPEE!!!

Woo woo!
