Hello! Haven't been to Disney World since 2013 and now planning to go back with our 5 year old. Looking to book either end of January or beginning of February and can't decide which will be better. The dates we are looking at are Jan 25 to Feb 3 OR Feb 1 to Feb 10. The cost difference is negligible, so at this point what else should we consider? How will crowds compare? Any events during those times? Closures? Presidents day is later in Feb as well, so hoping that won't affect things. Decisions, decisions! Thanks for your help!

I'm planning my first trip to Disney. After obsessive research and calculations, literally excel was involved where I averaged the predicted CL of our park days. I determined that the last two weeks of January and the first week of February were the best of the year (for us) and equally good weeks to each other. Our plan had been to do Universal the the first week of Feb 2020. Then do Disney the last two weeks of Jan 2021 (with a still active Universal AP). The Disney part was postponed to Jan 2022 and I kept the weeks the same just because there was no reason to change.

End of Jan/beg of Feb should both be great. Presidents’ Day weekend is often crowded, but that’s not until later in the month. So exciting! This is a great place to ask questions.
