Does anyone know when I will be able to see rates for a trip we are planning for Jan/Feb 2012?

Also, in the past few years have there been any good promotions that are typical at this time of year? I know the Free Dining has been common in the fall (Sept/Oct), but don't know if this is something that might be offered in January or February.

I'd expect to see 2012 rates around August. I believe that's when they are released. At least, it was around August last year.

Ouch! That might make the decision as to dates a bit easier. If they don't come out until August it will cause a problem for me when I try to make ADRs. I think it is 180 day prior to start making them and I thought there was a 10 day advance window for those stayin on-site.

You are welcome. It's definitely unfair to those who want to go during January or February because you basically have to decide right then and there if you are going to go during that time if you want to book ADRs.

I booked my last Jan 2011 stay mid July. Reservations became available for phone bookings then, only have to wait for Aug. if you want to book on line. I phoned.

You can book a room only any time now, you just won't get the 2012 rates, they will book you at the most expensive 2011 holiday rate, then when the 2012 rates come out, your rate will be adjusted to the correct pricing.
This will allow you to do your 180 + 10 ADR booking.

this is actually what I did, booked early, room only, so I cound get my ADRs done, then phoned in July when rates came out, and switched my room only to a package with DDP. Worked pretty well

I knew you could book like 499 days in advance. I didn't know you could call around July and get the next year's rates. That's good to know.
