Jan 22 or 23? Splas Mountain

Can anyone confirm that the last date to actually ride Splash will be the 23 and not the 22? And will it be open for after hours?

If you go on the 23rd to ride you will be out of luck.

The wording was confusing to me too. Closes the 23rd, but it actually closes the 22nd. This is why I'm avoiding MK on the 22nd. I feel like it will be a madhouse, especially at closing. Trying to be the last one to ride Splash Mountain ever.
