Jan 2007, AAA discount questions

I just booked our vacation for Jan 2007. We are staying for 7 nights at CSR with park hopper & more tickets and dining for 2 adults and 1 child age 5. Our total trip is $2428.01. When I did an estimate on disney's website I only show we got a discount of $114, using AAA. Does this sound normal? I have booked with AAA for our last several trips to Disney and our discounts have always been a lot larger than this.....

I just made a AAA ressie, and the mods were quoted at $116/night plus tax. The room portion should be around $904. I checked with Ticket Mania, and your tickets (2@ $299, 1@ $264--that's the Mousesaver price) should be around $862 for a total of $1766. Add about 600 for dining and the grand total is about $2400.

We just booked with AAA for 7 nights (Jan. 31-Feb. 7) at Animal Kingdom Lodge (water view room, we didn't ask for this, it was just the room offered), park hopper tickets for 5 days, airfare and insurance...came to $2800. We did not add the dining, though.
