Jan 2005 Flights - book now?

We are going to WDW jan 15 2005. Should I book now or wait? What is the best time to book flights for Jan. I guess if I'm flying Southwest, I should book it as soon as it becomes available.

I booked our air for September in February. I always book as soon as I find a price I like. I don't like to wait because I might not get that good rate again.

For SWA, you will probably want to get them as soon at they are out. But if you don't mind taking your chances, you might wait for a fare sale for those dates, as mid-January is not all that popular a time to fly (tho with ppl figuring out that they have time off for MLK Day, that might begin to change - MLK weekend is our fav time to fly south from New England).

We are still waiting to buy tix for our January trip to VB (via BWV for one night - gotta love those APs with DVC). I had been following Delta/Song's fares since we started planning, and they were standing at around their regular levels for some time, then JetBlue came out with the January schedule and they dropped to meet those. Maybe when SWA comes out with their fares, they might drop again. We are strongly leaning toward JetBlue this to try them out, even tho we have been Delta frequent flyers since the 80s, and have two other trips already booked on Delta/Song.

We are going Jan 1-5, and I just bought our tickets on Southwest last night, $59.00 each way too good of a deal to pass up. It may be a while before your dates are available on Southwest, just keep checking each day, that's what I've been doing for several months.

Hi,

We have had our tickets booked on Song since April 5th. We are going Jan 22nd through the 28th. We had our dates and the tickets were only $205 inc all taxes and fees round trip so I took them and did not look back.

We have never flown Southwest so I cannot comment on them.
