Jan 2 2013 Dream Cruise

Yep - full. I saw a room open up yesterday for 4 people (I'm watching for friends), but it disappeared very quickly. It was inside $2,907.

Yep, I checked a few times because I was interested in how much prices change as you get closer to the sail date. The ship has been full for a while now.

Hi All!

Sorry I have not posted in a while about Fish Extenders. We did fish extenders on our Dream Cruise in June and had a lot of fun. We had almost 15 families doing it so it got crazy!

I would start a separate thread for Fish Extenders but have no clue how to do it!

Anyway, as it stands I see the following families are interested:
Jsteele (me)
Vertigo 127
Mrs. Coles
4 The Love of Disney.

I will keep it open until mid December and then close so we can prepare. Feel free to join !!!!!!

Never saw the college age thing when we were on the cruise before so we will certainly look for it now! At least maybe our daughters could meet!

Thanks for that info, Vertigo! We've already got our pirate gear put together (thanks to Halloween shops) - is it too early to pack?

BTW - just noticed you're also from the Show-Me State! :wave2:

Anyone know where we can get pirate shirts (not full constumes) for a reasonable price? I found one at Target for our 2009 cruise, but of course the kids have grown out of it. I looked the other day at Target but didn't see anything.

:hyper: So had to let some of the surprise slip to the oldest today. She's started talking about their Christmas formal at school and her class has to serve. She's very excited about it...and then told me the date...January 5th. :scratchin Wouldn't tell her what, where or why, but said "We won't be here. It's a surprise and it's done. Sorry."

Are you looking for the costume-looking shirt or a cute t-shirt that is pirate themed? Cafe Press has some cute t-shirts.

http://www.cafepress.com/+pirate+gifts

Amazon has the costume like shirts for various prices. Probably have to search for size. An example:

A few years ago, I planned a surprise trip to WDW. We literally told them we were going at 4 am driving to the airport. One tween daughter pouted half the trip about missing hwr friend's Halloween party...SERIOUSLY!
This time, I have made up a convoluted tale about spending new years at a local water park/ hotel... none are making any other plans for the week, and it justified my end of summer swimsuit shopping spree!
Now to keep them from watching any movies about sinking ships!:rotfl:

We spend a large amount of time in Lee's Summit for kid activities! Everytime dh and I travel, we meet people from KC area or New Jersey!:rotfl2:

I always joke with DW that I want to watch Titanic right before every cruise. :)

Not a good plan, dude - remember, the lady gets to float to safety after letting go of the man in the water! :rolleyes2

Well, I'm not too worried about DW taking it literally! :) She doesn't own any jewelry like that either. ;)

Besides, we are on deck 9. Hopefully we won't be locked in the boiler room.

75 days and counting!!!
