Jan 2 2013 Dream Cruise

75 days and counting!!!
:cool1::cool1::cool1:

How many newbies are waiting for those midnight reservations tonight???

Me, me, me! Have to sneak to the inlaws' house tonight and hope for a decent port arrival time! Not worried about excursions as much...
:coffee::hourglass:)

Well, it's midnight in Florida - and Palo brunch is SOLD OUT! Dang it!:badpc:

As are cabanas (no real shocker) and any sports simulations and many spa services...

Here's hoping for a decent port arrival time...:hourglass:coffee:

Yeah - the advance check in seem to not yet be active.

We're just planning on the Rainforest as far as anything Spa oriented for us two - and I think we just make that reservation when onboard.

Any chance Palo's brunch may have some openings later?

:cool1:
Early PAT--- yippee for me! My sleep deprivation will hopefully pay off to increased fun for the family!:dance3:

Me too! I was surprised those were still there - by the looks of the reservations! Now I've got to check with the hotel shuttle to make sure they can make that time!:drive:

The cabanas were gone before Silver CC members were able to make reservations.

I have read on here that a good number of Palo reservations are withheld for on-board booking. If you get a decent arrival time, I would try when you arrive.

Don't worry. On my cruise last summer we boarded around 1 Pm and easily got a reservation for brunch. We just walked up there around 1ish and booked it in person.

Thanks, folks! I'll rest easier tonight. Do you make those reservations at the Palo desk, or at Guest Relations?

I'm not really sure how the do it @ PC. We've only sailed on the Wonder out of LA, but in LA they had a desk set up in the terminal where you could make reservations while waiting to board.

Sweet. Thanks folks. This is why I LOVE these boards.

BTW - We're headed for DW next weekend to visit our DD who's doing the Disney Internship. We get to go in the new Fantasyland for a Cast Preview. Photos to follow!

Trying to lose a few pounds before the cruise! In serious exercise mode now...the only problem is that Christmas is coming and I have a SERIOUS sweet tooth with not much willpower for holiday sweets!! :rolleyes1

Can't wait for this cruise. Hope we get our cabin assigned soon !

It's driving me crazy! DH asked me last night, "Why does it matter?" :lmao: "Because I'm a control freak and need to know!"

I was going to try the 5k on Castaway Cay, but that's not happening. I sprained my ankle at the beginning of October and still have bruising, swelling and pain with minimal activity.

We just got back from Disney World this past weekend - I had been dieting for the cruise, and had lost about 20 lbs. But a weekend of Tonga Toast, Boma, and the monster cinnamon rolls at Gastons have put me back a few.

It's gonna be a LONG holiday season!

I had lost a few pounds this summer and my Labor Day weekend trip killed that! We are probably going to Vegas in Dec for a couple of days and I stuff myself at those buffets!
