Jan '08 DDP - Too Ambitious?

OK, so I've been doing my planning and going crazy! Here's what I am thinking for my January 2008 trip. My question is, is it too ambitious to think we will be able to make it to all of these reservations? What time do you think would be best for each reservation?

Saturday - MK Day - See Spectromagic?
Crystal Palace Breakfast 1/5/2008
Whispering Canyon Café Dinner 1/5/2008

Sunday - Epcot Day - See Illuminations?
Kona Café Breakfast 1/6/2008
Biergarten Dinner 1/6/2008

Monday - US/IOA - Parks close at 6
Visit DTD?

Tuesday - AK - Park closes at 5
Boma Dinner 1/8/2008

Wednesday - MGM Day
Mama Melrose's Dinner 1/9/2008
Fantasmic Dinner Package

Thursday - Free visit any park
Kona Dinner 1/10/2008

Friday - Free visit any park
Ohana Dinner 1/11/2008

I think it all sounds great, the only thing I might change is do Whispering Canyon on Friday and do Ohana on Saturday, that way you are just a monorail ride back to see Spectromagic, that would a lot easier then coming back from Whispering Canyon in my opinion. Other then that it all looks great!

I think those sound great. You should be able to make all of those with no problem. About what the pp said, don't forget you can take the boat from WCC back to MK, so it won't really be difficult travel either way.

I've seen some poor reviews of Ohana's and Mama Melroses? Can anyone give them a sparkling review to make me feel better? They both look good to me!

Anyone have any opinions on the times for my ressies?

We did Mama Melrose (Fantasmic Package) in March and really liked it. So much so that we are planning it again next March.
We have friends who visit Disney twice a year and they give Ohana rave reviews. It is on our must-do list for next year.

Ohana is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is great, the atmosphere is exotic. Everyone in my family loves it and it is a must do for us.
