I only have one experience with FE.

We were not assigned a day - we did have great participation and divided into two separate groups - I was involved with both.

We needed to deliver our FE gifts on the first day because there was a location guide included in the cabin gift.

Before the cruise I had sorted the gifts into large plastic bags by deck. Each gift had a tag on with the cabin number and last name of the occupants. My husband would take one side of the ship and I would take the other. We'd meet back at the elevator/stairs and do it all again on the next deck. We started immediately after the Sail Away deck party and we delivered the last gift in time to shower and change for dinner.

We were moving!

The cruise is getting closer and closer. I'd love you to reconfirm your participation in the FE. We've had a number of folks switch cruises and not say anything. Other have joined and unjoined the FE. We're still around 25 cabins. I have 3 cabins that may potentially be the start of a new FE. We'll know better what direction to go when the confirmations are in. Thanks in advance for your help

WOW...It's sounds like you have it down to a science.

Our first FE we were each assigned specific days. Our family and my BFF's family were both assigned the last night, so we picked gifts that were good for traveling home. We did a car/plane friendly mini craft project for the kiddos and snacks for the adults. The second FE was random. We made our deliveries over a couple days.

Both times we used the same method...wandering around deck to deck with our little spread sheet reaching on our bags of goodies to find the gifts we'd planned for each cabin.

I tell myself I'll get organized sooner this time and do the pre-labeled bags... or maybe not

This brings to mind a tip... pack your FE holder where you can unpack it fast... in case someone is fast with their deliveries like Terry & Alan

As per usual, my life is crazy. We got off the Dream to find out we had been snowed out of Atlanta. So we ended up staying at the Yacht Club for two nights. Friday Nico's soccer coach called to tell me Nico had been invited to play with Swindon in the Grand Cayman Island on Monday. I booked his airfare last night at almost double or triple what it should have cost. He's going with his coach. Last minute for all of us would have been astronomical. I'm so excited for him, but I was not expecting that to happen.

Lise, Julie and Nico loved the edge. The counselors were amazing and they had some hilarious activities. Nico left at 10 am and I didn't see him until 1 am the next morning. Sam stuck with me but that was ok. I like hanging out with her. I'll have Julie post about the games and contests when she gets back. We are just getting started on the drive home

Sabrina liked The Edge on the Wonder in 2012. She spent a lot of time there too. I'll let Sabrina know to keep an eye out for Julie's posts on the KIDS ONLY thread.
