The cruise is getting closer and closer. I'd love you to reconfirm your participation in the FE. We've had a number of folks switch cruises and not say anything. Other have joined and unjoined the FE.

We're still around 25 cabins. I have 3 cabins that may potentially be the start of a new FE. We'll know better what direction to go when the confirmations are in. Thanks in advance for your help

Last cruise Sabrina's DIS BFF and her mom were actually getting out of a taxi the same time we arrived at the port!

Yes, I agree always great when the kids arrive and spot(meet) their DISfriends. I keep asking her about the kids board.

Just to keep the lists straight, we have decided to change our dates. We are still looking forward to cruising on the Fantasy, but will delay to later in the year. I don't think we are on the FE list but wanted to post and make sure.

Ok everyone... Only 203 days! Wow, so excited. Already planning/buying my FE gifts! My sister says it is because I have OCD. It is that... Plus type A personality... But the bottom line is I can hardly wait to see the look on my "first time cruising" girls' faces!

I tried this for my daughter and for me it didn't work. There are two options that people seem to use. One mom just has all of her kids use her username. So they all share. I just "mis-typed" Julie and Sam's birthdays to 2000, so they were old enough without needing permission. I tried to do it the "permission" way and never heard back.

Nico was too, but when he joined he wasn't 13. So I think we "mis-typed" his Bday to 1998 or 99 whatever it was to make him 13 at the time.

I'm taking all three kids. Right now, I probably should be packing We leave Sunday, but I am driving because it was a really really last minute booking. Flying was out of the question as it was just way too expensive last minute. So I am going to start driving when Nico and Julie get home from their Sat activities.

Julie and Nico will be in the Edge for the first time Sam and I plan on doing whatever she wants every day since she refuses to go into the clubs. I am hoping, Sept 2015, whether we do Panama Canal or Hawaii, she will be allowed to head into the Edge with Julie. She would have a really good time there, I think. Plus, either cruise I am assuming will have less kids than most cruises, so Sam won't feel overwhelmed with the amount of kids in the clubs. She is not a huge fan of lots and lots of people.

PLEASE Ask Julie to post some fun info about The Edge in the KID ONLY thread when she gets back. I'm sure there are some fun things in the Fantasy/Dream version of the Edge that are not in the Wonder/Magic version. Sabrina keeps wishing she was 3 weeks older so she could go to the teen deck inside Vibe.

Sabrina liked going to the Club to make Flubber. Even when she was old enough to go to The Edge she would go to the Oceaneers Lab just to make it. Maybe Julie and Sam could go do that together for an hour.

I'll have to stalk the thread for your cruise and lear somethign about the big ships

I have nothing specific to say but I can't believe how excited I'm getting now!!!
Starting work on my FE and started buying / making some of the gifts. Can I ask those of you who have done FE before how you organise giving them out? Are we allocated a day to give them out so they are equally spread over the week or do we just do it when we feel like it potentially meaning one night with nothing? (Just curios) and do you do it morning, afternoon or evening or does everyone do different?
