My current work out plans revolve around training for my 10 miler in October. I finished C25K, now am doing C210K then moving onto C2HalfMarathon.

I need to do better on the food part but at least I am aware and working on it. I only drink water outside of adult beverages on nights out.

It's ok... This is our first cruise so we are really excited about the FE exchange. We didn't realize when you put us on the list that it would change. So we just got started creating. We will make the Donald FE group work. Hopefully more people will sign up so we aren't the only family confirmed. I will have Avery just do special gifts for her "kids thread" friends. Thanks for putting this all together.

Whoa! That's pretty awesome. Some fit people around here :yay: I need to stay in the game.

I prefer Insanity, but she hated it. So I let her choose between all the different workouts I have and she picked P90X. I figure if she is picking it, she is more likely to do it. She's not as enthused about working out at all, but she is only 11. The gyms here are age 16 to join, but she would much prefer headphones in her ears and using an elliptical. I have done Asylum, but the one that has you jumping for over 30 minutes, I throw up after 25 minutes every single time. I thought it was something I ate at first, but my body just doesn't want me jumping that much I guess. It's happened 5 times (yes apparently I am a glutton for punishment because I kept trying.)

I like Brazilian Butt but only as a supplement to another workout. On it's own, I don't get many results. I have done p90X and Insanity B2B for a few rounds, but now that I home school, that takes up way too much time.

You have the whole BB collection  I have Insanity but have not tried it yet. I am a bit intimidated based on what Ive heard. Now Asylum sounds intense!

I'm not as fit as I may seem. I still have 50 lbs I need to really drop >< but spending $150 on a race is definitely a motivator to keep me in the gym doing something.

Insanity is roughly 45 minutes to 50 minutes total. P90X can take up to an hour and a half..so 50 minutes isn't terrible. The warm up on Insanity is more intense than the actual workouts. Asylum is just hard.

I haven't tried T25 and I only like 2 workouts from P90x+ so it really wasn't all that great.

Dis Yoda - running is very cool! I am scared to try a marathon or even 1/2 marathon :scared:

I did P90X back in 2010 and didn't really like it too much.

I just don't really like videos.

This will be my first race longer than a 5k. I'm scared too! I just want to finish - don't care if I'm pretty much on the high end of the time allowed (16 minutes per mile).

I did a 5k and felt great until afterwards when I figured out I had stress fractures and messed up my leg. Ended up spending a lot of money on MRI, PT and parked for a while. Decided it is not my thing now. Lol. I don't think I could run farther anyway. I love the dedication and I am super impressed with marathon runners.

Do you know if this club is come and go as you want? It will be the first time that my DD can wonder around and I am a bit nervous about that. I saw there are phones you can use now but she is one to lose everything too. If we use them, is there a charge? Is it text and voice?

Yes Edge is open door. I know how you feel. Last cruise was Sabrina's first time at Edge. She had just turned 12. The first couple days she also had a Oceaneers bracelet so she could go to the "Lab" to make Flubber. We would usually walk Sabrina to the Edge then tell her she had to call if she wanted to be picked up. Toward the end of the cruise we gave her more flexibility.

The wave phones are basically like the cordless phone we have at home. In 2012 on the Wonder there was no charge to use them (but DON't loose them). They fit nicely in a pocket. I remember looking at purse-like "wave phone holders" on eBay or etsy back then, but didn't get Sabrina one. There's a charger in the cabin... another reason a powerstrip might be on you packing list.

Be careful with your cell phone to make sure it's not roaming and costing you money. I ended up with weird data charges on our last Disney Cruise which was along the California West Coast. I'm not sure if it was from the phone connecting to the Disney cell service or something else. Luckily the charges were nominal so we chalked it up to a learning experience. I'd say turn you phone off, but for many folks it's your camera too.

We had another person added and had a cabin change on Mickey FE, so I'm doing the final TLC :rotfl2:

Do you want a PDF, an excel spread sheet or something else? I'm thinking I'll send it a couple ways. It depends on what you want to do with the list once you have it. :confused3

My preference would be a PDF please. So excited now :-)

Excel or PDF is fine. Thanks again for doing this.

I admire all of you that run long distances. I am not a natural runner by nature. A 10 minute mile/5k is my limit. It's the sweet spot for me. I think I have to run 4 miles as part of a marathon relay in September and am grumpy about it, lol. I do a sports conditioning class every Friday and really "like" it....if one could like planking/burpees/weights on a bosu ball.

Flights to FL in August are not cheap for us. In my mind, they'd be about $250/ticket. In reality, they are $400/ticket. Bleh. DH practically lives on a plane and therefore, we have some credits/discounts to use. We are really looking forward to this vacation.

I think we are in the Donald group. On our last cruise, our group size exploded a few weeks before the actual cruise.

only place im runnjing is from my car after i park it in the garage at port to the cruise ship!

This is my first run longer than a 5k so it will be interesting and I want to be able to finish. Without some goal beyond losing weight I have zero motivation to go to the gym or workout in general.

On Saturday's workout with a group from work we do burped sometimes and I hate those! But everyone has different things to enjoy at least. My worst enemy at the gym is the elliptical.

I go to Disney as much as I do because it's only a 3 hour drive. I do not miss the days of having to fly as airfare really is so expensive. Glad you get some discounts due to your husbands travel.

Hello all! We are going on this cruise!!! It will by my DH and DD 7 1/2 and me. We are from Huntington Beach, California. And excited to join you all!! Thank you to whoever is organizing all of this. The first page looked great. We will be flying in on Tuesday and staying at the Nick Hotel and going to Animal Kingdom. So excited. Mostly excited to get away with the hubby and be on a ship where people can't reach him. There is a lot of us on this cruise. I am surprised by how crowed the ship is getting. Should I be worried? The boat is looking full.

Happy to join,
Kimberly
