Good Morning,
Had another good day......although those stupid marshmellows are still here
I look at them each time I walk by, but the temptation to grab on it not as bad anymore! So hopefully soon, I won't have any temptation at all. I am still going to throw those stupid things away on Friday if they are still here
Speaking of Friday, we are ordering PF Changs for lunch. I am not a big chinese food fan, but they are getting some brown rice, and some kung pow chicken. I think I can do alright with that. Hopefully all the chicken won't be gone. People here are die hard beef people and then complain when we get just cheese pizza or chicken something....and then they are the first to eat it all....I don't understand much, but I don't say anything either. I have learned that I need to bring my lunch with me because nine times out of ten, the people that complain eat all the stuff that I would have eaten....oh well such is life!
Tuesday:
B @ 5:15 1/2 cup cereal with 1/2 cup milk
S @ 8:30 1 Nature Valley granola bar
L @ 11:30 1 turkey and cheese sandwich and 1/2 serving of goldfish
S @ 2:45 1 Nature Valley granola bar
D @ 7:00 2 slices of cheese pizza. I am slowing running out of food again...I need to get to the grocery store. I am going to go on Friday after work!
Water was good again.....100 oz. I did have a little bit of pepsi last night too....wow.....I have not had that in a while. I had less than 4 oz so it was not all that much....but I needed just a taste of something!!!!
Exercise was good again....worked out when I got home. It felt good....I am hoping that I can get back to doing it in the mornings, but I don't know....
Amy, I started taking my vitamin in the mornings and it was a challenge to get out of bed. Then I decided that I was going to try and take it at night with dinner and nothing really has changed. I still can't get out of bed. I do find that I have more energy once I am up and going, but it is just getting out of bed that I can't do. I hit the alarm and then I immediatly fall back asleep....no matter how much I try. The bad thing, is my body wakes me up at 3:30 and then by the time the alarm goes off at 4:00 I can't get up. I am thinking that maybe I should start to take only half and see if that helps. Or switch to taking them in the middle of the day. I don't know....we will see.
