Yea, I'm going to hold judgement. Lots of 16 year old are having sex. I wish they wouldn't but they do. We have no idea if they were using protection are not. Mistakes happen. Heck, adults make these mistakes. I know many adults who wound up pregnant when they weren't planning on it. I can't expect more from a 16 year old.

Not a chance of that I'll bet. What a wreck that family is. Was this the life they dreamed of before Brit made it big? Fame and fortune is clearly not all it's cracked up to be.

The mom doesn't seem so wacked out. Every one is so quick to judge, believe me, it can happen to anyone's 16 year old child. Why does everyone think they weren't using birth control.

Exactly. The difference between a lot of us at 16 and Jamie Lynn may be luck (or lack thereof). Nobody knows that she wasn't actually using birth control.

FWIW, I wish her the best in what has to be a very frightening situation for her.

The father is some dude named Casey. According to TMZ.com, Jamie Lynn met Casey at church! I can't make this stuff up.

I don't know why I am surprised by this news but I am. She seemed like she was heading in the right direction unlike her older sister. I guess she's more like Britney than I thought.
