Hi, thanks for the replies. I think I have it now....
My friend got 2 sets of tags because she is moving from AKL to another resort for her last night there. Do you get any type of tag or does ME put them on after you check in with them for departure and tell them which airline? Silly question, yet I was curious. Thanks again everyone.

We have twin 9 year old girls. We were thinking of using the AKL babysitting service one day/night so we could got to the WS without to kids compaining they are bored and or tired. Does anyone know what they do with the kids during this time? Are they penned in a single room? Do they take the kids into the resort to do the childrens activities? I'm just curious to see if it would be fun for the girls while we enjoy the WS.

We had a blast! It was so great. Of course i have the next one planned....less than a week and I will be back Of course after that I'm thinking about late Jan early February.

How was your trip? Did you DS enjoy the adventure camp?

We had a great time!!! Wish we were going back in a week!!!! Actually, we are booked for jan./feb. too!!!!

DS didn't actually do the adventure camp, he didn't want too!!!

He did paint the birdhouse though, and did the primal parade twice!!

I feel your pain!!! I don't know what I did to redeem myself, but, I'm glad I did it!!!

Going in 23 days. I've pretty much decided that the Zebra trail is where we want to be, but which floor should I request? 1 & 2 seem too low, 5 too high?? I guess that leaves me with 3 & 4. Anyone have any thoughts?

It all depends on what you have booked. Do you have a standard savanna view booked? Then you will be on 2-4. If a deluxe, you will be be on 5. There are no first floor savanna views.

A lot of people seem to like 3. They say you are below the trees.

Look at this pic and you can see how the floors work. There is nothing on the first floor...well, I suppose there's something! Just not guest rooms! They don't want you that close to the animals. I agree with you .. I don't like being on the first floor, either.
