I wish I knew the exact times. I know that it starts approximately 8:00-8:30am, and each species has its own audio cue. If you listen closely, you can hear the audio cues (maybe it's a drum for the giraffes, a whistle for the zebras, etc.) I think there's about 10 minutes before each species gets called. I was lucky enough to hear and experience the whole thing one time. What amazed me was that they don't just lift their heads and run. They just sort of amble in the general direction of the barns. Except some of the old-timers-they're already waiting near the barns for food.
