Went out to the Jax RV Show today. I almost wasn't going to go because last years was a disaster and there were hardly any vendors. This year there were about 10 RV Dealers and lots of booths with people selling camping items to cleaning supplies.
A friend of mine went with me who is looking at possibly buying a small camper. The Surveyor, not sure of the maker looked like a nice model. It is a hybrid that packs lots of room. We went in some of the big rigs as well. Even though they're really nice they don't fit me. Give me a nice tag a long or 5th wheel toy hauler. One brand had a hybrid toy hauler that was nice as well. It had 3 fold out bunks and held 2 four wheelers up front on a deck. Also saw a couple 5th wheel toy haulers that had 2 beds that came down from the roof in the garage, had a bed on top of the garage and a huge bedroom up front not to mention the fold down dinette and couch.
This was also the 1st year it was held at the Jax Equestrian Center. Part of the show was in the arena and part outside. I didn't like they moved the show further from downtown where it used to be but this was a good fit.
Hopefully you all have a good show coming to your town.
