Jacksonville - Hotel recommendation?

For Christmas week, Jacksonville is working out half the price of Orlando or Tampa for us (air and car, both). Any recommendations for a hotel? We will likely need one night on either end of our trip. Our flight will likely arrive early evening an depart early morning. We don't need anything special, but don't want a let down either.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville.

We were very pleased. It was clean, and had the nicest breakfast set-up of all the Hampton Inns we have tried over the years.

We stayed at the Residence Inn in June - it is very nice - the only problem was that we had to leave for our flight before breakfast was served. There is also a brand new Hampton Inn and Suites next door.

We like to drive a little farther south so the J-ville traffic is behind us when we head to WDW the next morning. The Comfort Suites near the World Golf Hall of Fame (St. Augustine) is really nice. From there you are less than 2 hours from WDW.
