They are meeting way back in the circus area of Fantasyland, in the covered pavillion area.

That's awesome! In 2013, they had waits that short just before the 2nd parade. Unfortunately, we had staked out a place on Main Street and I was too afraid of missing the Headless Horseman ride to get in line. It's the one thing that I regret not doing at our MNSSHP. We are going to be at MVMCP this year, and Jack as Sandy Claws is my son's one and only character meet request. Hoping we have good luck like you did!
