I've started building an ark!!

Anybody have any extra wood or animals they can spare? It started raining here in CT on Thursday night and still is coming down with more to come tonight.

They showed radar rain estimates from July 15 through yesterday on the news last night, there are places in my region that have had no rain in 2 1/2 months. We have had an inch since then. Fires are buring in the Daniel Boone forest, several counties are under water restrictions, and a burn ban is in effect. I have mowed twice since July 4th.

Our children attend the Magnet School in New London and they had an hour and a half delay because of the power outage.

Well, at least it's not raining now. They are giving us a little break. Hopefully I will be sailing out of New London tomorrow... unless this keeps up. If you need any Canadian Geese for your Ark, let me know. Also, college students- I can get you a few of those.

It has been the same here all last night, today and forecasted throughout the weekend. If you sail on down to PA, I can give you a male and female cat, although they are both fixed.
