I've paid off my room now when do

I get my confirmation information? I charged my balance on the 25th of Feb---did it before the 21 day deadline---my card has been charged but I haven't rec'd anything in the mail. I should right? When should I begin to panic if I don't receive it? We leave in less then 2 weeks so it's all starting to be so REAL!!!!!!

I don't think they send a confirmation. You can call and request one though.

I too just paid off my room and asked if they would be sending anything and the CM said no. Have a great trip!

I think it just depends on who you talk to. I called just to change a room request that they had wrong and we received a new confirmation paper a few days later. Mostly I think they don't automatically send them. Call and ask them to send you one. I'm one of these people who wants to have my confirmation paper on me when we check in.

I'm mostly concerned because I upgraded once the codes came out (from ASMo to CBR) I was told at the time that I would receive a new confirmation when it was paid in full. I just like to have it all in writting

I'm the kind of person that likes things told to me and confirmed over and over.

I would definitely pick up the phone and call CRO. Ask them to read back your reservation and request the paid in full confirmation be sent to you.
