I had yet another thought to add to the surprise suggestions. I believe on the Disney Store site you can purchase "personalized" Disney Tee's that will have your family's name on them. Such as, "the Smith's Family gathering 2008" with a picture of the Disney characters on the front. This might be another idea on how to break the wonderful news is to buy everyone such a shirt & have them open them at the same time, or let Santa let Santa be the one to hand them out. Just one more suggestion. I keep thinking about this thread ever since I read it the other day. You'd think it was my surprise!

That was going to be my suggestion!! Plus the matching shirts make for cute group photos!!! So much fun!! I do like the puzzle idea but in stead of a picture of park things it could be the acuatal invitation. Words are harder to figure out than pictures. Maybe you could combine the invite with the list of prices. Like 4 rooms xxx amount of money, 15 park tickets xxx amount of money and so on until the Priceless comes up.

One more thought!! What about doing the matching t shirts with a note in each box that says "You just opened matching Disney t shirts-what are you going to do now?" See if someone says "We're going to Disney World!!!" This may only work if you have some football fans in the family!!!

What about getting them Disney vacation planning DVD's and giving them out on Christmas eve???

Can you imagine the looks on their faces when they unwrap them. . .and then perhaps see a card that says "Save the date. . ." and has the dates of your trip on them???

Or maybe you could make mock-ups of plane tickets and WDW park passes and personalize them? ? ?

What a lucky family you have!!! I wish I could see their reaction!

WOW your a wonderful Grandma!!! Here's a possible: Put on the words, We are all going to Disney on peices of paper written backwards and have the kids hold them face down in front of mirror, the have them pick them up all at the same time and read the message. It took a couple of minutes before our oldest figured out what was going on, but after that OMG, the excitement!! Try to have a camera or video going to capture those faces once they realize, WERE ALL GOING TO DISNEY!!
