There is no defined job-spec Tim. I am one member of a team of people on the site who, generally speaking, gets involved if perhaps there is a grey-area with a post and the board guidelines, or maybe if there is a big dispute about something and it turns mean. In the main, it's just an advisory thing - it's often a lot easier to offer a fresh opinion or calming influence on something when you are not in the middle of the war yourself There is also an element of admin behind the scenes too - I'd love to tell you what, but then I'd have to kill you

It add's a deeper and broader, site-wide aspect to my 'job' which I'm looking forward to - but the UK boards will always be home
