I've got Photobucket -Now what - HELP

I signed up for Photobucket and have put my pictures on there but I don't know how to get them on my post here. Can someone help me please?

Down below your pics on photobucket there are 4 items you can check. pick the one for code (i think). then go to your post here and right click and paste.

OK I think I clicked the wrong code. I clicked the one that said HTML code and when I sent it here it just gives the we address to see the pics, not the actual pictures themselves. Should I have done the other code?
