I just bought a National Park pass for an upcoming vacation. It came with a thing to hang on my rear view mirror. I feel like I need a filing cabinet in my car for those things!

State recreation parking pass
County park pass in county where my parents lived until recently - I need it to go to the river for a mental health break while dealing with their stuff
A pass for mom's senior residence
A pass for DH's work
A park pass to a private park on a lake that is a membership perk of an organization we belong to

So I'm up to 6 .... and NONE of them actually fit to hook over my rear view mirror! I try to keep them in the car so I have them when I need them.

Anyone else swimming in parking passes?

We visited four national parks this year and we purchased our pass at the first park we visited. We only got one pass that we showed each time we entered a park.

I do have a parking pass that I hang on my rearview mirror for work, but that’s it.

I love that our state went to a license plate upsell for the state park system instead of the tag or sticker they've used in the past. I still have my national parks one and an undated guest pass for DH's work parking and sometimes have to deal with short-term ones at specific campgrounds or whatever, but I generally hate the hang tags. We're not supposed to drive with them in place and if I take the top off my Jeep they want to fly away, so I end up just cramming them in the console and getting them out as needed.

Just my parking pass for work. But if I switch cars with someone in my household then I have to move the pass with me or face a parking ticket at work. So That's when there might be a stack of parking passing (mine, DHs, DDs).

I haven't had a parking pass since 1993 when I finished going to community college, LOL.

I get to park special when I have my mother with me and she has her special parking pass :hyper: . Though every time she does say, "Oh snap, I should have brought my handicap tag..." Only once did she remember it.
