I immediately thought of Muggles too, lol. As Hagrid said it means non magical folk. I have friends who think chatting via an im or chat with strangers is pretty normal but when I bring up lurking around the Dis the word I kept getting was obsessed. Oh well I said didn't expect a muggle to understand.
