In SBD there is a tip that when you know you are going to eat a meal of too many carbs to take a tsp of fiber with a full glass of water 15 minutes prior to the meal to slow down the absorption and help fill you up a little to minimize the damage.
Well, I got to thinking, maybe that is a good idea before any meal. So for one week I have been taking 2 tsp. of fiber in 16 oz. of water before lunch and dinner and the result has been fantastic. I am eating much less and don't start the meal with that "ravenous" feeling. I am using a pure fiber (no additives or sweetner) so I don't think could be bad for me or sabatage my lo carb plan.
I just wanted to share this incase there are other people who still have too big of appetites, EVEN in ketosis!
BTW I get my leafy greens in every day, too so I am quite "regular"
