I've been part of the WISH team for a while and have seen so many people celebrating getting new clippies. I exercise 4 days or more each week and try to eat reasonable portions. I'm very fortunate that I've never been overweight, but it's been hard for me to feel like I've accomplished anything since I don't get clippies or have really amazing before/after pics. Well, today I have something to celebrate finally!
A lady at work is trying to find people to join WW so that the meetings can be held during the lunch hour. She needed 2 more participants and approached some of us as we went to exercise. I told her I'd just be curious to find out what my goal weight would be. She looked it up for me.....AND I'M ALREADY 3 POUNDS UNDER GOAL! Now at least I can feel like I'm really maintaining something!
