I've finally started my TR. Universal now Complete.

We love Palo, always our 2 best meals on every cruise.

We are going to give Remy brunch and dinner a shot on our first Fanatasy cruise in Feb.
Not sure if it can surpass our love of Palo.

I get motion sickness too but have never thought of taking anything for rides. I loved the transformers ride but had to keep closing my eyes to stop getting woozy. I find motion sickness tablets put me to sleep or make me extremely drowsy. I will have to talk to the doctor to see if there is another alternative. I would rather miss out on some rides than spend the day off the planet.

It's definitely worth asking the doctor; nothing to lose.

I'd really like the opportunity to try Remy one day. That level of fine dining would be a new experience for us.

All caught up again. Love the picture of you and hubby at Palo. You look great!

I couldn't have found something better to do on this last morning of work for the year than to catch up on your most recent blogs... you have to be one of the best writers I've come across on these forums, and it is such a joy for me to read about your trip! Especially of interest is your detail on the staterooms - I've always thought I would want a balcony stateroom but you've shown me that there ARE good inside rooms available too, so I need to do more research!

Thanks, keep it coming please! :thumbsup2

Loving your detail - only part way through but thanks for taking the time to give such useful info and advice amongst the travel tales. Taking special heed this blog as I hope we get over there Sept 2014.

Thanks so much Heidispidi. I really appreciate your kind words. :)
I've taken a few days break from the TR to do a bit of research into the next trip, but will be returning to the blog this weekend.

I think that even if I couldn't get an 8a stateroom, I'd be happy with any of the large porthole rooms. Those windows are great.

Thanks Aussie Wendy. :)

Good luck with your plans. September is such a special time to be at WDW.

Just caught up on your cruise posts. You're definitely making a good case for it :thumbsup2 Love your photos of the ship and the shore excursions thus far!

Thanks!

That cruise was amazing. Probably the best vacation week of my life. Oh how I wish I was on the Fantasy right now.

read your blog this morning wanderlustNZ and love it !!!! Found the airline reviews very helpful and I know what stateroom to book now when we finally get to do a cruise. :thumbsup2

Love love love your Fantasy review so far! We are going on our first cruise in October and we are doing the Eastern Caribbean so I am extremely interested in reading about your excursions;)

Like you I have a huge fear of being left behind, but that tour you did on St Martin looks perfect.

We are staying in cabin 6514 which is an 8a double porthole room - it's a different layout from yours though. The suites look so light and spacious!

Looking forward to the next update!
