I've finally done it, i've booked!

I'm so excited and i have got months to wait yet.
2 weeks August 5th-19th at POR, i requested an Alligator Bayou room in block 14, 15 or 18 and upgraded to the dining plan. Yippee i can't wait!! She also made a note on the computer that it was for a Birthday celebration.

Just one thing though when i was speaking to the lady on the phone booking she seemed to think that next year the one counter service meal a day was limited to breakfast only? She said that on her screen it was showing that it was for breakfast, evening meal and 1 snack per day per person.
She is going to double check and ring me when she knows for sure. I just wondered if anyone else had been told this.???

if you stay at Old Key West, it's only a little bit more than POR, but you get free dining including 1 table service, 1 counter service and 1 snack..

the POR free dining is only counter service (2 counter service and 2 snacks per person per day)...

Sorry i didn't explain myself properly. I did originally have the counter service plan free when booking POR but i upgraded for £168 to the DDP so i do get the 1 table service, 1 counter service and 1 snack.
She still insisted though that the counter service on the DDP next year had to be a breakfast and the table service an evening meal.

not based on everything i've read on the disney UK site...the counter and table service meals can be any time of day...

Mmmmmm, that's what i thought. I did question it and she said she would get back to me. (she hasn't) I hope she is wrong and i can use my counter service for dinner or breakfast the same as i should be able to use my table service for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

POR is so nice, you will love it. You will see such a difference to DLP......... and don't worry about the wait, we booked 18 months in advance and now there's only 55 days to go!
