I've booked direct with Disney and I have a few questions.

Hi all, hope you guys can help me with a couple of small issues I have with my booking. So we've booked our 15 nights in OKW with free DDP.
All looks good on the MDE app, I've got our confirmation number and it all shows up.
My question is how do I link in our park tickets, there's no mention of them on the app ,yet if we go on to the website it shows tickets for me and my daughter but not for the girlfriend. Have tried the link tickets button but it's looking for a confirmation number that we don't have.
We don't go till July so it's not like its a big thing yet but would really like to have everything sorted out on MDE, just cause I'm a bit sad like that.

One other question, we've just paid our deposit at the minute, is there a way on the website to pay off say 1000 pounds at a time or do we have to pay the remaining balance in one big lump. Can't seem to find anywhere except to pay full balance.

I linked my tickets by scanning the barcode which worked fine. That was through a third party though and I'm not sure if WDW send you physical tickets?

If you booked a package that including tickets with Disney you dont need to do anything. It won't show up on the app on your phone or mobile device but if you log into the app on your desktop or laptop, you will see your tickets under your reservations

If you are paying less than the balance outstanding, you need to phone to make a payment. For some reason you can pay installments on a flight inclusive package online, but not with a room/room & ticket one. No idea why. FWIW I never pay the balance until a few days before it is due. I put it into an ISA or similar saver. I don't see any merit in handing over money so they can gain interest on it before it's due lol
