Would someone mind explaining the tag fairy to me? I've been here for just a little while, and I see posters excited about the tag fairy, but I don't know what that means.

I went to see a "Peter Pan on Ice" show today, at my daughters skating club. While looking at Tinkerbell and all the pixie dust I kept wishing for a tag. I know I´m still sooo young as a Dis´er, I guess I´ll get there some day. When you wish upon a star.....
