I've been making dining reservations for 4th July Weekend ~

I started calling on 5/3 for 7/3 *DD's 7th B~day - I got Ariel's at 3:40pm *last seating of the day.

5/4 ~ I called right at 8am my time *7am PT* for 7/4 - I got Blue Bayou at 11:30am and Carnation Cafe at 6pm

Today 5/5 for 7/5 - I got Storytellers @ 10am and Cafe Orleans at 7:30pm

Tomorrow for 7/6 I'll try for Wine Country Trat. during the Pixar parade, we've done this a couple times. For our outside meals ~ CC, CO and WCT I see myself eating salads and cold sandwiches - it's gonna be hot We'll definitely get the Matterhorn Sundae @ CC!

WOW! My oldest is 15 on 7/2 and my second oldest is 13 on 7/1 didn't realize it was so close!

What time do you try for your PS for the Wine Country Trat? I'm trying to plan for a large party the week before you and I'm going crazy!

When I called to make my PS reservations for June 29-July 3, the cast member I talked to said her system is locked out of WCT until they have a firm date for its opening. Has anyone been able to book WCT this week? If so, I'll call back.

Not a biggie, before we haven't had any problems just walking in without PS there, but I like to be over prepared.

I'd like to hear more about booking WCT to watch the parade. Can you see the parade from any seat? Or do you have to get a particular seating area. HAve not eaten there.

Disneymomma81 are you saying that your Ariel reservation was booked and that was the only time left or you just picked that time and it was the last seating as in no dinners that day? We are going June 26th to July 9th and I haven't booked anything yet so am I out of luck for the beginning dates?????

For now I have to guess by looking at last years hours ~ http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland/park-hours.cfm?month=7&year=2009 The parade should be @ 5:15pm ~ so I'd try for a 5pm reservation.

We always request to sit outside near the low wall, this restaraunt is elevated from the "street" that the parade route takes.

Ariel's will not be serving dinner during the summer months ~ I asked for the latest available seating and got 3:40.

Yay ~ my 1st time trying the multi quote and it worked!

I just tried for WCT for 7/6 ~ couldn't make a reservation..... Surely they'll be reopened by early July

I am sure WCT will be open in July, but when I called they told me that it's blocked out of their computer until it opens again (or until they have a "for sure" opening date)
