Looks like I somehow had my iTunes account compromised in the last few days!
Luckily, they only got away with purchasing a couple of apps (from a particular seller, which may explain a lot), and hopefully I can get Apple to reverse this out later.
They changed my Apple ID, password, birth date and even my "secret question"!
Anyhoo, looks like I have it sorted now, but I have an uneasy feeling about my credit card details and hoping that someone can check their own account and alleviate my fears.
My concern is that whoever hacked my account had access to my credit card number, though my memory is that once your CC details are added to your account you can only ever see the last four digits.
Is that the case? I really don't want to have to cancel my card and wait for another right now, especially seeing that the card in question is a replacement for a previous card that was compromised.
In case you're wondering I have removed the CC from my iTunes account for now and seriously considering just using pre-paid cards from now on. Although the card makes it really easy to pick up a couple of cool tunes on a whim.
