Anybody else a member?:)

I don't think "Bug" gets the "pub" it deserves.

I mean The Repertory Theatre is INSIDE A TREE!!!!:)

How cool can it get!:)

I love to watch first-time Guests-my favorite time to watch them is after the show is "over" and then the Cockroaches leave!!!!lol:)

"I am a lean,mean fighting machine-I am the Termiteator.":)

We didn't even do this our first two visits (not sure how we missed it) so it was on my daughter's "list". It was the first thing we did during our last trip to AK and we loved it!! "We're pollinators!"

Agree with everyone else. The cockroaches part is hilarious. Even though I know it's coming, I laugh hysterically anyway! I love reading the posters too. It's my mom's favorite attraction and we usually go at least twice.

Excellent attraction. Anyone else enjoy the pre-show music performed by the bugs? :earsboy:

I go but I don't like it. I flip out at the cockroaches every time and I know it's coming. One year I made a point to be in front of my family so that when we filed into the row I just kept on going thru to the exit with the people who were leaving. I waited outside until it was over. I'm afraid that only worked once, they pack me firmly in the middle, they also find it funny to see me squirm. I do love the lobby part, the music, the posters, and getting to go inside the tree, just that one part makes me :scared:

While I originally tried to sit as close to Hopper as I could ..... obviously a member of his fan club ........... have found the back row to actually have a wonderful view of everything on the screen, the ceiling, the spiders, the screaming, the jumping bodies ........ it's like a 2/1 show between the bugs and the audience.

PS ~ One of the most underrated movies.

Our youngest daughter only has three REAL memories (all of the others I believe are a mixture of family repeats and photos) of when we visited WDW when she was two years and eight months old.....
  • Knocking Donald Duck over at Chef Mickeys when he knelt down to hug her
  • Seeing the parade go by while having color put in her hair at the Main Street Barber Shop
  • The bugs in the seats that made her scream from It's a Bugs Life.
I'd say it's certainly adds to the memories, good or bad! Isn't that what Disney is all about?

Send me a Fan Club application.

I LOVE it!!! I think it's much better than the Nemo show at AK and the Little Mermaid show at DHS. It's awesome.

Probably one of the best 4D shows at Disney! Still laugh that half the audience doesn't realize that like the old "Alien Encounter" much of the audience hysteria is part of the soundtrack. Love Love Love all of the special effects. That's right. Good bug. Good little bug.

We love it :) We missed it last year as it was undergoing refurbishments during our trip, super excited to go this week pixiedust:

I love it too. I see it every trip. Plus, it is so nice to get out of the hot sun for a bit!:scared:

I was actually thinking on going here first after rope drop...maybe right after Outpost Adventure since we already have fast pass for Dinosaur and the other headliners

DH and I love it, but DD definitely does not!! She has a bad case of arachnophobia, so she can't handle the show. When she was younger (9 and up), we would have her go through the theater and wait outside at the exit for us. Now, she can go off and ride something else when we see it.

I'm a big fan of the attraction. I loved seeing my kids jump whenever they encountered the bugs, and the shouts throughout the theater never get old. I also love Stitch's Great Escape, so there may be something wrong with me. :crazy2:

I think it is fantastic. I included in my top 5 attractions in WDW on some other list not too long ago. The theming is over the top, and it is hilarious. The grounds around the entrance and exit are awesome too.

Our family loves it. And my wife and girls get really creeped out because of the roaches. We are usually laughing on the way out. Definitely a cool experience!

I love it, too! Although I do close my eyes during the spider scene :scared1:

We never miss this ride, it's so cute!!
