Big Dude sorry man I was just rooting for the Flyers due to the fact I can't stand the Leafs so now I am rooting for the Flames even though the last time they made it to the finals they bveat the HABS to win the cup. I guess I shouldn't say I hate NASCAR I just can't stand watching it I find it boring except for the crashes. Where does your friend race superbike? What team does he ride for I am sure it is a privateer team but what team is it. I spent 6000 dollars having my CBR 600 motor rebuilt with factory Honda race parts it went from a mere 98 HP to over 118 at the rear wheel and now onmly weighs 350 lbs. Good luck to the Flyers I think and hate to say it Tampa will be tough to beat.

Wow that is cool thanks Adam. I would love to sit and pick his brain about racing I hate not being able to get out there this season. I hope the Flyers win as it will be somewhat of a vindication for the HABS to see Tampa out of the playoffs. if you talk to him anytme soon let him know I would like to talk to him about racing etc.

My good friend's son was just drafted by the Spokane Chiefs' (WHL Hockey league, major junior hockey)!!

Big accomplishment for a hometown kid, 14 years old, American and a goalie!

Look for him in the big leagues in a few years - Jason Greenwell!

Congrats to him I to am/was a goalie when I played. I got as far as Juniour B which is the step below Juniour A up here and I blew my knee out in the second last game of the season torn ACL and so on. So that was as far as I was able to go took to long to recover from the injury I was only 16 and had invites out to a number of Juniour A camps for the next season. I still play but not as often as I would like.

Hey Lisa L some news to cheer you up Stevie Y is to return to the Red Wings for next season he is going to make a full recovery and be ready to play again for the start of next year. He has a steel plate in his face now where they had to rebuild his eye socket after getting hit with the puck. I bet you he still won't wear a visor next year.

The day after we were defeated......my boss got his third round playoff tickets in the mail!!!! That was even MORE depressing!!!!

I just hope most of our "experienced" players will stick around for at least another year!!!!

Rumour has it that Brett Hull is gone next season to play in the WHA that his dad is starting up so he will likeley not be back for you guys. Jason Williams is coming back I just talked to his grandfather today and he was telling me. There are a few guys looking at retirement and talk of Cujo going elsewhere in favour of Legacy.

When we were @ WDW in Dec all the radio stations had tickets to the Lightning games advertised for 10 bucs come on you have a good team down there and you can't sell out a playoff gameI think the team needs to move to a better market.

Some place that gets snow and knows something about hockey hehehe. Like maybe back to Winnipeg or yes Quebec bring back the battle of Quebec. Maybe move it to Erie PA and build a new rink that the Erie Otters OHL team and the NHL team can share.

I think that is an appropriate reply floridaminnie. It was a very nice evening for us Flyer fans though. The one thing I thought about last night during the game was (unlike the Toronto or New Jersey series) I don't seem to have a strong disliking for any Tampa Bay players. Now Andreychuk is coming close (possibly because he played for both Toronto and New Jersey) but he is still a long way from the likes of Domi, Tucker or Scott Stevens.

Well, it's back to the city of brotherly love for game 3. It should be interesting to see how it unfolds. Can the Flyers keep their home unbeaten streak going or will the bolts regain their home ice advantage?

Only if Habibulin played that poorly against the HABS he looked just average last night not outstanding like he was against the HABS. That is the way playoff hockey goes though if your goalie is hot then you go further and hopefully he doesn't slip or your season could become alot shorter. Congrats Adam and the Flyers.
