One of the joys of having grandkids is being able to share with them all the wonderful things that you shared with your own children.
I've always been a fan of Peanuts, and when my own kids were growing up, "It's A Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" was a yearly Halloween tradition. Last week, I bought the Charlie Brown 3-DVD holiday classics, and our grandson has watched the Great Pumpkin a few times. I don't know who is enjoying it more, me or him! He has a plush Snoopy that he loves, and whenever Snoopy comes on the screen, he points and laughs. So cute!
I can't wait to introduce him to the Thanksgiving and Christmas shows.
My desk is very close to the shelves where we keep our videos/DVD's so I just glanced and didn't see my VHS copy of Charlie Brown's Halloween so I got up to investigate further...and it seems that my copy has disappeared. I will have to ask my kids which one of them took it.
Or just buy the DVD set, like some of you have mentioned.
