I hurt my back at work yesterday
slipped on a gargabe bad someone dropped on the floor
and I didn't see so it will be a clam relaxing day around here

and Two days left of DH home resting his knee

I love him but he Needs to go back to work
he is driving me CRAZY

Kaylajr! I'm sooo sorry you got hurt! That is the absolute worst! Just rest, take plenty of Tylenol or Motrin (I can never remember which is best) and enjoy your race.

Yes, it will always be the Brickyard.. I don't like the name Allstate400.. but I understand when you sponsor it.. you should have your name on it.. but anyway.. Things will be crazy on the interstates now til the race starts.. Good thing I'm staying home today.. Otherwise today we are just hanging around... A meeting tonight but I'm ready for it!! Yeah!!!

Good morning, everyone! kaylajr--I hope your back feels better! Not much on the agenda here today. Mom & I are supposed to go to a shower for DBrother's fiancee today--it is one her family is throwing. I'm sort of hoping we won't have to stay long, since we won't know anyone! I had to call the fiancee's mother this morning to ask directions, and she was not very nice about it. What a FUN way to spend a Sunday!

After that, it'll just be getting stuff ready to go back to work tomorrow! Everyone have a terrific day!!

Ugh! That phone call and future "in-law" sightings will be FUN! NOT! Sorry, just ask mom if there is anyway you call can set a time to get out of there.. especially if they are going to make you both uncomfortable... I'm sorry they were so rude.. that is awful!!! Well, at least you don't have to deal with them everyday.. I have "in-laws" better known at my house as the "out-laws"! I wish I had in-laws that were cool..but nope... not at all.. Good thing their SON is so great!!! Guess that's why I married him!

I love having my DH around also, but do sometimes enjoy the time that he is at work and I can get things done around here as I please.

Take care of yourself Kayla. Did you file a work related injury report? Do so if you haven't cause you never know if your accident may result in some pain or doctors appointment later and they will need to see your accident file.
